Sound familiar?

Many people aren't unwell. They're just running on empty.

  • Tired before lunch.
  • A mind that keeps going after you log off.
  • Tension you only notice when your neck starts to hurt.
  • Messages at dinner, and waking up already drained.
  • Replaying every meeting in your head.

It's not just the workload. It's that nobody gets a chance to recover.

Another lecture on stress won't change that. A few practical resets, learned properly and used every day, will.

“I've tried meditating. My mind just won't stop.”

Good. That means you're normal.

Meditation isn't about emptying your mind or sitting still for an hour. It's a skill, and like any skill it can be learned step by step.

At Jeevara you learn it the practical way: breath first, then short guided practices, then stillness. It comes from a tradition thousands of years old, taught for a busy, modern mind.

You don't need an empty mind. You need a steady one.

Try it now · 3 minutes

A real-time tool for stress.

This is one of the quickest ways to bring your mind and body back into balance. Use it anytime, anywhere, the moment you feel stress or anxiety rising. It takes just 3 minutes, and you'll often feel the difference after a few rounds.

In a 2023 Stanford study, practising this breath daily improved mood and eased anxiety.
Get ready
  1. Sit comfortably, on a chair or cross-legged on the floor.
  2. Keep your back straight, firm but not stiff.
  3. Keep your shoulders light and loose. Don't stiffen them or pull them down. Soften your jaw and face too.
  4. Close your eyes gently and turn your attention inwards.
The breath: double inhale, long exhale
  1. Breathe in through your nose. A normal, full breath.
  2. Breathe in once more, straight away. A short top-up through the nose. It will be smaller, and that's fine.
  3. Breathe out slowly through your mouth or nose, whichever feels comfortable, until your lungs feel empty. Slow, deep and steady.
  4. Repeat for 3 minutes. Keep the rhythm smooth and easy. The long, slow out-breath matters most.
Ready

Sit comfortably, back straight, shoulders loose. Press start and breathe with the lungs.

3:00

After 3 minutes: pause before you open your eyes.

Let your breath return to normal. Keep your eyes closed and stay still for a few moments. Notice how you feel now. Is your mind quieter? Is your body softer? Simply feel what is there, without judging it. When you're ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this calm with you.

When to use it

  • When you feel anxious or your mind is racing
  • When you feel very stressed or overwhelmed
  • Before a big meeting, call or presentation, when you want to calm yourself
  • Whenever you want to bring your mind and body back into balance

What you might notice

A quieter mind, slower breathing and softer shoulders. Some people yawn or feel slightly heavy. That's normal and a sign your body is settling.

Breathe gently and never force it. If you feel dizzy or light-headed, return to normal breathing. If you are pregnant or have a heart or breathing condition, check with your doctor first.

This is one of the resets we teach. Learn the full set, live.

Why I started Jeevara

It started with a panic attack.

From the outside, life was going well. I was busy, productive and always available. But my mind never switched off. Even on quiet days there was a low hum of anxiety, an uneasy, quivery feeling I had stopped noticing.

Then my body made me notice.

Afterwards, one question stayed with me: what am I doing wrong? The answer was simpler than I expected. I was running all day, every day, and never resetting.

When a laptop slows down or freezes, we don't push it harder. We shut it down, let it rest and switch it back on. We do it without thinking. Yet we expect our own minds to run for years without a single restart.

So I started resetting myself, a few minutes at a time. Breathwork to settle my nervous system. Meditation to quieten the noise. Simple Ayurvedic rituals to start my mornings well and end my evenings properly. Nothing dramatic, just small practices, done every day.

Slowly, the noise faded. I felt calmer, clearer and more like myself again.

That is what Jeevara is: a daily reset for your mind and nervous system, so you can keep performing at your best and stay well while you do it.

I now teach the practices that helped me, in plain language and in a way that fits a real workday. Because no one should have to wait for a panic attack to learn how to switch off.
